After hanging around at Chantal's for a while (mostly watching "Kenya" and other silliness), we trooped down the road and met up with everyone else at Paul's house. Here's a selection of the photos I took at both places. Updated March 2004.
Daisy used Purim as an excuse to get all her friends to look stupid in fancy dress. In revenge, I took photos. Updated March 2004.
Chantal celebrated her 18th (a couple of weeks late) with a party at her house. She made the mistake of asking me to bring my camera. Updated Feb 2004.
One week in January 2003, the entire country went into chaos. Roads were packed for hours, the rail network ground to a halt, and everything else simply ceased to function for a few days. All because of a little snow! A few of us got together and had a fantastic day in the snow. Of course, exactly the same thing happened in 2004 - here are the photos from both. Updated Feb 2004.
Richard had a "soiree" at his house, supposedly for David's 18th birthday but probably just because he wanted a party. Crazy things ensued. Updated Jan 2004.
A load of new random pictures. People have been sending me photos for a while, along with those I've been taking, but I've been too lazy to process them and put them up until now. All presented in a shiny new gallery layout, in-line with the rest of the site. Updated Dec 2003.
Taking my digital camera into school was probably a silly idea in the first place, but while I had it I managed to snap a bunch of pictures. I also learned that people don't appreciate having their photos taken at 8am. Updated Dec 2003.
Having been in the same tutor group for five years (7 to 11) at school but cruelly separated for the sixth form, we thought a get-together would be a great idea. On a cold Monday afternoon we went bowling at Hollywood Bowl and out for a meal afterwards. Updated Jan 2004.
For my 18th birthday, my family and I took a group of friends and relatives to a great Lebanese restaurant in Central London called Fairuz. There were vast amounts of food, and most people were utterly defeated by the meal - but everyone loved it. Updated Nov 2003.
I went on holiday to France in July 2002 with Anat, Tal, Lara and Rudy for ten days. We stayed in Normandy and Metz, as well as visiting Paris, going to the beach and getting rained on a lot. We had a pretty good time, and here are the photos to prove it.
I hosted a big party at my house for my 17th birthday in October 2002. Amongst the silliness, drunkenness and people generally looking stupid, there are actually a few nice pictures.
Photos stolen from Lily's various photo albums, laughed at, scanned and put online for the whole world to see, much to the annoyance of some of the people in the pictures. Updated Dec 2003.
Lisa Barnett had a party for her 17th in February. Her digital camera captured some of the fun and general silliness that ensued that evening.
Random pictures of lots of different people, taken at various parties, places and events. These are mostly the pre-2003 lot - more above. Updated Dec 2003.
We were all younger, cuter and generally a lot chubbier once. These are a whole load of photos ranging from way back in 1998, through five years of school and up to the last days of Year 11. Pages: 1, 2, 3, 4. Updated May 2004.
Last August, [WoF] got together South of London for a fun weekend consisting mainly of shooting the crap out of eachother with paint.
Every summer the online gaming clan [WoF] get together for a big LAN party, where we spend a weekend gaming, eating, drinking, mucking about and generally having fun. Here are some photos from the 2001 and 2002 events, plus a few from the meetup we had in November 2002.
On the 5th of October, nearly 70 Farscape fans from around Southern England descended on Central London. Following the cancellation of the show, we walked from Tottenham Court Road to Camden Town publicising the campaign to save the show and having a lot of fun.
The Farscape Lounge group arranged a summer "Party in the Park" in July 2003. We met up in Hyde Park in London, had a picnic, nearly decapitated eachother with frisbees, slayed a dragon (with a pulse rifle), made fun of the skaters and had a good laugh.
Six months later, it's another Collectormania event. More guests, more stalls, and more of us lot. People of interest this time included Andy Serkis (Gollum), Jonathan Hardy (Rygel from Farscape) and three hobbits, including Elijah Wood.
A whole bunch of Farscape fans from the TFL mailing list met up and went to the May 2003 Collectormania event in Milton Keynes. We met plenty of actors and actresses, playing characters such as The Hulk, Darth Vader, R2-D2, Gollum and Dr. Who, as well as our own favourite, Virginia Hey, who plays Zhaan in Farscape.
